English isn’t my first language, so some things (like punctuation and phrasing) are definitely still being revised, especially since the game is still in development
About the MC: they are 24 years old, works at the ice cream shop as an employee, and while they are an adult, they doesn’t have much experience running the place completely on their own yet, which may come across a bit differently depending on cultural context
As for the art, I agree it can feel inconsistent at times, it’s something I’m still refining and learning through the process
