Are Mr. Fizzy, obelix, and Sign Buddy randomly able to be unlocked like the original Extras in Cool As Ice?

All of them aren’t unlockable. Mr. Fizzy was originally gonna be like a dancer that pops up when you’re mixing for at least 10 minutes, just like Fentachu and That window-headed girl (I forgot her name) in Mustard. Sign Buddy was originally gonna be like File Nerd from JamYourTunez, except he doesn’t interrupt you, he just introduces you to the whole mod. And for Obelix, I just added him in the gallery as a joke because I thought it would be funny to fill in all the gaps before releasing this. (Same for Baldi, he was never planned to be apart of the mod.)
