yeah I did follow those steps...I'm not super computer savvy but maybe it's because it didn't download as a zip file but just a regular folder? Idk im grasping at straws.
It shouldn’t be an issue of downloading the zip file. If you have done all of the downloading and installing correctly, then what does your main menu look like. Is there a message at the top right corner that says “DLC not installed”?
