For the pc version: you need to scale the image better to horizontal screens, the Legal disclaimer is strecht to the full width of the screen making it impossible to proceed, same withe every thing outside of images.
Try restraining everything to the height of the view port. To make the sidebars less empty you could ancor the elements to one of the sides and make it into sort of a menu there.
