So, i got the dream for the special event but i don't remember what to do next, i've tried talking to everyone and no one had any options for it, so what am i doing wrong?

Seriously, the dream says something like you should talk to someone who can fulfill your deepest desire blablabla, I thought it's kinda obvious that the someone is Rinny.
The possiblity for the dream to appear depends on how many steps you have took in the game. In a word: random. Focus on something else and it will come eventually.
