Well thought out and a lot of game there impressive UI. Game was clear with a good level of instruction. The assigning of gifts was a little paperworky I would suggest this be done in a more fun / visual manner if you did continue to develop it maybe cycle through each family and give a more visual drag and drop approach to the final decision.
