Ah that sucks, sorry that happened but geez the fact that you still managed to pay off the loan...impressive!
You have to drag and drop the page that said there's a new price chart, onto the rulebook to update (it'll highlight yellow). Otherwise, the game will do it for you "overnight". If you *did* add the note into the rulebook and it *didn't* update, that's a bug.
