cute little game! I love the visuals and the music. The gameplay is cool too!

just 3 things I've noticed: changing the volume doesn't work everytime.

I didn't see the difference between the 2 weapons (except visually)

When I use the throwing weapon, I was frustrated because when I was turning back, I was expecting the weapon to stay on the side sended, and not to turn with me.

except that, the game was really cool! very good work!

PS: I'm gonna try to play all the games here even if it takes me all the year, you're the first I've tried!

Those are all very valid points. I was a little bit short on time because a lot of things were new for me (my first own plattformer that's not just follow a tutorial). 

The first weapon is a plus whip to add tge letter to the letterbox. The second weapon erases the last letter from the letterbox. I agree that they feel super similar. I got the animation  a bit late and just had to somehow get it in quickly. 

The volume should be a quick fix, I will take a look at it asap. For the weapon I gotta see cause the character + weapon are in the same animation frames. Should be able to pull them apart though.
