When you finish the whiteboard puzzle ( Click 4 red observation notes in correct order = 2431 ) Just tested myself and seems fine. You should hear a noise and get a new task after to register the data into the PC. If not then restart, sorry. Sometimes you don't get a new task also and just hear the phone ringing from the office though and so you must answer it.
