can you give some details how do you get this bug? I’ll check and fix it. Maybe a screenshot of what is going on
While trying to complete the club infiltration mission, i cleared all the battles (Including triad bosses), and all the side missions to get PD vouchers. after i got 55 of them I decided to pay the bouncers, they accept the payment yet when I try to go into the transition tile it doesn't work. I do notice that some transition tiles aren't where the arrow icon is, but sometimes adjacent, yet none of the tiles activate to get inside the club. I tried restarting the game to see if it was a loading assets issue, but no response. The marked area is all the tiles I tried selecting just in case.

Are you by any chance play with the keyboard, not a mouse? If so I think I know how to fix the issue. Had same problem in other game too for people who prefer keyboard not mouase gameplay.

Yep, there is light event reacting to keyboard presses. You can go inside if you use the mouse.
I'll fix this in next patch
