What do you mean? It's used for sex as well! Also it's used in some skills.

It only seems to have health go down with the monsters, I am not sure if it is just me. (Nice with the skills it makes it less techy and more playable).
Ooooh crumbs I made a mistake with the skills, just realized one of them is still activated during sex, which boost fatigue regain when not moving :0
