Whenever Justin practices his telekinesis, you must pick the same option everytime, including the one at the end.
Is that the only reason why Justin loses control on Ethan's route? Then why doesn't it do that on Theo and Eyal's routes despite making the same choices, including practicing his Telekinesis?
Because their routes don't require you to fight back. At least not yet.
