You can only live with one girl at a time right now, but you can date as many girls you like & even invite a girl over to your home whilst your wife is at work.
I've been thinking about making the player employment system more complex so you can earn more money & purchase upgrades for your home. This could then provide an alternative immobility route, plus the ability to have a harem of girls living with you.
