I cleared the office and nightclub stages, but I'm stuck on what to do after the first night in the arcade.

grab the blue orbs to prevent werewolf transformation, use the crane game in the small room on the right side of the map for the items nile wants, then pray you don't get screwed by RNG timing... if poppi talks to you at the end of the night, she'll plant a bomb somewhere that has a minigame to clear before it splodes. good luck
