The spike room level is where you trigger the glitch state, objects will have a glitch state when they have the glitch pixels on them. I should go back and try to fix some of the glitches not glitching properly huh? 😅
Double checking my code, there is 6 glitches required to trigger the Crash ending, Spikes is one of them. Spikes are also how you access some secret levels >:3c
Iirc I sorta made it Stanley Parable like by verbally hinting something you shouldn't be doing but you should do it to trigger it's glitch state in most of the rooms, in case you or someone else didn't pick up that part😅
