In the Dialogue’s part, general idea is you have to choose answers based on the characters’ appearance: if the opponent is a scary woman, you need to melt her heart, if it’s a nervious man you should push him to give you the papers and so on. However, there initially was a mistake in dialogue’s code, when the npc had to have other sprite (which is fixed and updated already), so your problem probably wasn’t related to your skill)
