To the dev:

I used the itch.io launcher to download the game files and coded a small electron application that serves the game via express for offline / desktop usage. Works pretty well with only a few minutes of customization (i.e. the HTMLs CSS so the canvas container is always the full width and height ). Some issues with SSL and shit due to brotli compression of the webGL build but I'm certain it could be ironed out with a little more work, I put only 30 minutes into this.

I won't share it, just did it for private purposes, but if you're interested in building a desktop version for this game, hit me up in PMs. I figured I would ask you since a standalone build seems to be requested pretty frequently on here.

I do plan on making an .exe version eventually once most of the content I want to add is in, it's just more manageable for me to bugtest one version, but I'll think about doing it earlier since there's plenty of requests.
