Wonderful little game.

A few observations from this demo:

1) QOL: Click and hold to unlock fossils feels drawn out, even when I had less than 4. On the assumption you'll find more ruins, I could see this being a bit of an annoyance. 

Suggestion: Shorten/remove the timer or allow all fossils to be opened/cracked at once.

2) This may be me being dumb, but I couldn't see the increased housing limit reflected (or I have not unlocked it yet)

3) The ship: Sure this is probably in the pipe line, but would love it to be automated, assigning a "harbour master" to  move/sell goods.

Honestly, you've done so well with the game play loop - it's engaging and for me not too fast or slow. Nailed it mate.

1. True, we’ll look into tweaking this one.

2. Do you mean the one from the Construction Hammer artifact? Perhaps you were building larger houses than huts. The old Construction Hammer worked only with huts, but we’ve changed that in today’s hotfix.

3. It’s on the way. It may not be directly linked to the port itself, but there will be an option to automate selling resources up to a certain point.
