Just found a soft-lock. At the inn, if you cause a mess and have less than the required amount/no money so you can "clean up and return to work" you get permanently stuck.
I just found another at the inn, I convinced someone to have sex with me and when it was over every option was locked out. The in game time was just after 1am so I don't know if that had something to do with it.
