If Steam isn't allowing it to go forward, it's probably got some issues. I've had it on my wishlist for more than 2 years.
Last year you said you needed a programmer, because you're not a coder and I get that, what can the community do to support the project? If you need people I can fish for you. As a 3D modeler myself I offered last year to help you if you needed asset development but you said you didn't. Of course I offered it at zero charge. What do you need now? I know people- quite literally half of the community I live in is in software development.
