First, please make sure you’re downloading and installing the APK directly, without using any third-party download apps or file managers. We recently found that some download services can corrupt the APK or save it incorrectly, which leads to this exact error.

Please try this:
- Completely delete the downloaded APK file
- Download it again
- Install it

If the issue still happens, please tell me: Your Android version AND Your phone model

No matter if I use the native file manager or a third party app, they both use the same installation system that's in my phone so both didn't work. Here's the phone model and android version.

Device: Samsung J7 Prime 2 (SM-G611MT)

Android version: 9

It looks like the issue is most likely caused by Android version compatibility — the current minimum supported version is Android 10, and the recommended is Android 13. We're working on expanding device support over time, but unfortunately Android 9 not be able to run the game properly right now. I’m really sorry that you couldn’t play — I know that must be disappointing. If you have another device (or a PC for building Windows), I hope you can play

I understand. I hope to play this game on the future, maybe on a new phone (mine is quite old, that's why the android version is 9). Thanks for the help and clarification.

that error can also be caused by low memory/RAM on your device as well, for future reference
