Finally got some time to play Day 2 and I just had to leave another comment because WOW!

First off you've really upped the art and sound design! The artstyle was already gorgeous and one of the reasons I love the game so much but including so many more animations really adds to it, I think my jaw was on the floor at how beautiful these scenes look. You've also kept the horror high with many of these new scenes, each of the new circus attractions were wonderfully unsettling yet I couldn't look away (especially as we keep getting more bits of backstory for the circus). The music and sound effects are brilliant as always but I was not prepared for the VOICE ACTING! That first line from the Ticket Taker actually made me jump because I was not expecting it, and the fact that it only comes up every once in a while make the lines that are voice acted even more effective.

Speaking of the Ticket Taker, I was not prepared for him to get so much screen time but he is wonderfully written. I love how threatening he becomes so quickly, it's going to make replaying Day 1 very interesting. The new members of the circus are also brilliant. The Doctor is very uncomfortable to be around, I felt quite tense in his scene because I genuinely didn't know what to expect which wasn't helped by how huge he is, it was a great little horror moment. And Jester is absolutely fabulous, I love all his little poses while he's narrating and his personality has me just as intrigued by him as everyone else in the circus.

And of course there are the two main boys. Pierrot is still an absolute sweetheart barely holding back his obsessive desire, I adore him for the same reasons I did in Day 1 and it's cool seeing the wide range of emotions he's willing to show us, I like how he's willing to show a bit more vulnerability and sweetness even while telling us more openly about his deeper desires. All of his scenes were fantastic and a great escalation from Day 1.

Then there's Harlequin. He doesn't fuck around does he? Well actually he kinda does 'cause that scene in the tent was um... VERY well written. He had my interest in Day 1 but now he has my full attention, every conversation with him was incredibly intense and I had to pause between decisions a few times just to calm down. And going back to play other options and seeing little reactions to us being more affectionate has me even more fascinated by him.

I said before I can't decide which of the two I like better and I still can't decide now, I think I'm definitely going to aim for the All Together ending.

So yes Day 2 is even better than Day 1. I know the game isn't complete yet but I can already call this one of my favourite games ever because I think you have created my perfect yandere story. You have somehow managed to make a perfect blend between horror and romance that hits all of my favourite aspects of the genre, I am so utterly obsessed with with this creepy circus and so eager to see what comes next.
