I love the game but I can't beat it because in the cleaning isle there is no stockable shelves even if I'm holding the cleaning box. I already reported the bug via Email, so I hope the bug gets fixed in the next update..
I originally was in the same boat as you, but it turns out the cleaning restock position is on the other side of the aisle (facing towards the middle of the store) instead of in the aisle itself.
