Nice! Pretty fun little story told in an interesting enough way not feeling like too much or too little for what it was. The pacing of it was also pretty good but I just would have wanted a bit more things to do on those parts where you had control. Not much but just some extra interactable spots so it wouldn't feel that strictly linear.

Quite often too it "stole" the controls automatically to cutscene mode when just getting close to something instead of allowing the player to activate it themselves with the interact. Of couse it's a small thing but there already was so little actual gameplay in it that every extra bit would count.

Looked and sounded great! Very Undertale coded. And not only the look and sound but even the snowman reminded me of it and there was the "snow poff" moment with the plants. And by the way, does this snowman have a hat or not?

The message box animations were awesome! Small things like these make it really feel more interesting to even more "boring" things like reading the story. Moving on the other hand felt really sluggish, weirdly low framerate and the character kept jittering awkwardly while walking. I first thought that it was not running properly on my machine but then the slick text box appeared and showed that it has no problems running.

The game also refused to work on Firefox for me so I had to retort to using Edge.

Anyways, that's all I've got. With the walking animation fixed and some more actual gameplay things added, it could have easily entertained me for a longer time too. Good job! 👍

Thanks for the thoughtful review! It’d be great to one day expand on the gameplay 😊
