sooo i found a sorta fix just when overwriting the files do not overwrite system.json or just install the other files and not that one i just tried it and it seems to be running fine as im typing this unsure if this will impact anything else in the game but it seems stable 
sooo i sorta found out why the system.json sorta bricks it after checking both files and comparing them the only diffrences i see are these two lines that are highlighted kinda hard to see but the left one is the latest fresh(the hotfix2.0) system.json file and the one on the right is the regular 1.1 game installed file its seems to be missing the final part of the entire file after adding it it seems to have worked completly fine i would still recommend to just avoid installing it but its really up to you if u wanna do this again im no expert im just going off a hunch here. do whatever it is you want with this information
