Is the Red Market supposed to be a thing from Cain (they use scrip and restrict by category) or is it supposed to be something opposing Cain (all the things meant to be hidden from Cain)
Red Market is definitely a bit between the two on one hand it is the association going behind Cain's back on the other it could be Cain giving a blind eye. Whatever the reason you decide as the GM.
