I think it has to do with the fact that there isnt a windows logo next to that file. On the itch browser it also says "available for MacOS" not windows. But there should be an option to give it the correct label.
Ok. Now I labeled it in correct way. Indeed it wasn't tagged but files should be the same. So it's still weird and not many people reported problem like that
