That sounds interesting, but what do you mean by modification? Like tattoos, piercing etc or like literal flesh modification (fat, slim, muscles etc)?
I didn't see it in visual novels so far to be honest.
More along the flesh, Butt sizes for both, breast or implants, something like that.
