Are you on Mac/Linux? The game is Windows only for this version as noted on the page - I just checked on the build is live, unsure what else might be causing this.
No Worries. If people check their email and download it that way it will give them a zip file and they can manually do it. Happens to some Itch games. Information for you and others. Excited to try the game though
