Alright so much to answer to that message. I don't want to waste too much energy on this but the thing you said about why Syko is recommending Dreamland Wanderer hurts a bit so I'll try to get back to you as best as possible.
- 4 chapters of prologue : ok if you say so. Yet the story is planned to last for around 20 chapters so that would make a prologue of about 25% of the story. I'm not a professional writer but even I know that's not a good thing to do. So no, prologue is chapter 1, period.
- By patch I think you mean the unofficial patch. Well to answer why such a thing exists I think you'd better ask the old folks at Visa or Mastercard etc. Besides, DW isn't a porn game by essence. The nsfw part is only the way I choose to use to adress some potential players. You know "Come for the girls, stay for the plot". If that doesn't work for you I'm sorry, I've missed my point.
- The special Cain version: that's just a bonus version that I wanted to make. Good thing DW is my game and my story so I can do whatever I want with it. I guess the problem here is more about me making something canon but not directly a continuation of the story while I don't have time to keep working on it for the past year. If that's the case, once more, I apologize. Yet, as I said a lot of times : DW is just a hobby. That's not my job and neither a way to make money. So I work on it when I 1/have the time to do so, 2/ feel like it. And guess what, I had my first child precisely 3 years and a half ago while I changed job at the same time to become freelancer. I'll let you guess why one of the 2 conditions above isn't frequently fulfilled...
- About LIL and TIP : I chose my own inspiration but thanks for the recommendation. To me, both TIP and LIL are part of what made DW a real thing and not only some notes on a lonely sheet of paper. You're here on the DW itch page and not the LIL one so, I you have something to say about that last one, I guess it would be better to keep it to yourself or write it to the relevant page.
- Lastly : no, I am a man but I don't see why it would be relevant to any of you points here...I hope you're not implying why I think you're implying tho...
Anyway, thanks for giving a try to my game. It's a shame that it wasn't to your taste but I'm'still glad you took some time to finish all current content and to give me some feedback. These are always precious even when it's not positive.
