This was our first game, and we picked a tempo and kinda stuck to it. Sleeve Shock is now getting more of a minigame treatment, and then our newest project the Creature of Castorfield is all non-linear, and you're exploring to try and uncover the plot. Unfortunately as our skills have grown, Shackles hasn't been able to keep up, but we've been focusing on keeping the story going because I really like how it all plays together.
I am curious though, if we were to add minigames or something to this, what kind of thing would you be wanting?
Anything that enhances the roleplay and immersion would be appreciated. If everything was possible i would ask for this to be like raven's quest or tales of androgyny, or like some of the good RPGM games.
Exploration. turn based combat. xp gain. Abilities. Currency. Lewd ways to make money like being a naughty waitress or a prostitute. Day and night cycles. And gamifying some activities like when jane is cutting wood. Maybe add a form of interaction there that enhances the replayability. And an in-game clock that indicate time passing whenever something happens. I know I'm askin too much but i don't want to just wank for a game like this, i want to actually feel like I'm living in it. Maybe these suggestions can be helpful for future games.
