well yeah i know there is enough space on my pc and it keep reset itself, so i can' really give a screen with that

You provide very little information, I can not guess what could be wrong. Just pressing the Download button works for me. Developers Patreon page has the download links too, you could try there but they should be the very same links.
If you have another PC you can use, download there and transfer to your PC using memory stick or other portable storage.
What do you mean by reset? Is PC rebooting?
Is download always stopping when 4GB has been downloaded? Some filesystems have maximum file size 4GB, could that be the reason? Use File explorer to examine properties of that disk. If it is FAT file system, it has 4 GB max filesize.
What version of Windows is it?
