Soo I found out that if you walk your MC into the cargo bay area (with scientist lady) near the security checkpoint at the start, the door is not openable from the other side and you soft lock yourself.
We'll take a look at it! For now, since its not intended to go there either way, you need to reload the save. If you can though, you can try to open the doors again by leaving the box responsible for detecting you and entering its range again
