Hi, does this error occur in the vanilla demo files or is it after adding it to your own project? If so, are you using any other plugins?

Your version of RPG Maker MZ is very far out of date. Back up your projects and update to the latest version.

Can you try deleting the demo and redownloading it from the store page? This error should not occur on an unedited, fresh project.

Please make a post about further issues on the store page. Please also provide as many details about your issue as possible when reporting it, and make sure the error hasn't been caused by a third-party plugin or other added events.
