Thank you very much for trying Cosette! In fact, there is music in the game! Make sure that you don't have audio disabled on your browser, and that your browser is up to date. I recommend trying either Firefox or Chrome.
Just tried the game again and the music did play, very nice cheery music, I was using Firefox the first time too, I guess the music didn't load the first time for whatever reason because the sound effects did.
