How do I get Hinata to help at the Ramen Shop? I can't seem to find the option.

How do I unlock level 2? The game says level 2 was unlocked after I completed a shift but it's still locked and tells me to "Choose love or hate path and attempt to pay the dept", I'm on day 77.
