You don't need to delete the saves for that, just click "Start" in the main menu
If you're talking about the gallery, then there's currently no easy way to do it.
- On PC, you can join Discord and ask, and I'll explain the whole process there.
- On Android, you'd have to delete the app, which would delete all your saves/gallery, and let you start from the beginning.
