No, it will always stay a free game.

1. This update(v0.22) was already available to supporters when v0.21 became free. So, the extra week had nothing to do with it.

2. I did not take the extra week to work on the game more, as that would have been pointless. The update(v0.23) was still being worked on for 3 weeks.

I don't know at what point in the installation process the phone crashes, but it is most likely something to do with memory. If you have a PC available, I would suggest that instead.

Download the above file(.apk), install it, and it will update.

After updating you can freely delete all the .apk files.

If you're on PC you can also download the above file, extract it, and delete the .zip files as well as the old folder.
