can anyone help? I use winrar and have no idea how to extract in japanese locale. Also the file LEGUI.exe won't work as it says the file LECommonLibrary is either absent or one its adjacent files.
This is what's meant by extracting in Japanese locale. Set your region settings to Japanese. Also, you may need to redownload Locale Emulator if it's not working: I'm not sure what your problem on that end might be.
