Android build is experimental and error prone, the only options are to either clear cache and try playing again, or completely reinstall the game.
As for languages - yes we removed the option to change language as they were incomplete, dev stopped this project so they weren't updated anymore since 0.3 and people kept complaining how languages are incomplete, despite the game not being finished yet as well.
