Game description
Keep the fans engaged in the game by doing the wave!!

Theme interpretation
Thinking of how to integrate the concept of "waves" into a game while avoiding traditional interpretations, we focused on the physics aspect of waves and how the ripple affect in stadiums produces the same behavior. Turning this into a game whereby the player must keep sections of fans participation high by taking care of their basic needs: food, hydration, and excitement. Vendors provide physical needs, while mascots keep the fans excited and engaged. The more fans that participate in the wave across sections increase your score.

We attempted to include GenAI capabitliies by creating personalities for the vendors, mascots and "announcers" however we started late (Nov 10) and ran out of time.

While we used AI for significant aspects of the development process, most of this was because of lack of familiarity of the game development libraries and other aspects. We learned a LOT about both game development and incorporating AI tooling into the game development lifecycle. Looking forward to the next Game Off for GitHub Universe!!!

Love the theme of the game! I did have a hard time understanding how to play. I was confused if I had to do something during the wave? Also the text bubbles displayed in white text with a white background, so I it was very hard to read (also appeared behind people).

I liked the unique theme interpretation, and the little people have simple graphics but feel so full of life. I had some issues understanding the mechanics, specifically I couldn't understand how the vendors worked as I didn't get any visual feedback, and the indicator in the bottom left always seemed to be 70 for me, unless I used the debug tool to set it to something else. All in all, just wish it was a little more clear what was going on, but a very unique game for certain, good luck on your future projects!
