Does/will this or any of your other games have any futa/trans options?
Breeding Mania explicitly does, Expanse of Legend and Stress&Sex let you pick your gender, and Hentai School: Life v9 had it as an option in a content vote but was not selected.
outside of that I try to avoid giving the player character pronouns , so past having a peen that you can interpret them however you want
