The appimage works now. After reading your comment, I tested it myself and found it out that it didn't work, it seems the itch app only installs compressed file like zip; however, I just changed that and it's working now. I also had to change the names of the files, but they're still the same.

Also, the Linux version doesn't support gamepads right now, but I'm trying to fix this bug. Sorry for the convenience, I've been having some technical issues.

No sweat.  I know Linux users are a tiny fraction.  And with what "linux" is, it really fractures what can work.  I'm just glad I don't have to mess with Proton. <3


And I asked this as appimages work weird, (at least in Linux Mint.) They run, but don't appear in the list of programs in what Windows would call the Start menu.  I have to click on them in the file explorer.
