try reloading both games again and then follow the steps one more time

Okay so this is a common mistake that a lot of us made including myself did you perhaps double click twice or once on the DLC files if u clicked once you should see this

Yes I did click twice and saw that file. Howeverrrrr I did figure it out. I had to move the file through the linux terminal.
