What version of the game are you on? Could you share your save file? You can find your saves in the AHITR folder > Game > Saves.
You can upload to any file sharing site of your choosing and reply with the download link (just make sure it isn't private).
I'll have a look and get back to you when I have more info.

Firstly, I'd grab 8.0.3 if you haven't already!
We identified the issue, where it was looping/not completing chapter 18, and showing 19 in the log. This save will put you on the actual chapter 19 of her story and allow you to continue without any further issues.

Close the game and go into the AHITR folder > Game > Saves.
You can drop the save I sent into that saves folder.
The fixed save will be on the 5th page in the 5th slot.
