how would I use these in like a game or developing one or is that copyright I genuinely am curious I make my own stuff I’m very new to that period so I kinda look stupid

You can use these assets in your game projects and their marketing material. You're only not allowed to redistribute them (share publicly/re-sell), even if you made changes to them. You can also ask for permission to use them for something outside of that, or even something more specific.
That's pretty much all about it!
It's likely you'll be using assets from other creators too, so it's good to get yourself familiar with the licensing in general
