Bug fixes and improvements

• The UI has been further customized and improved
• It is now possible to open and close the build menu
• The same applies to the new texture system
• The weather system has been revised.
• It can now snow and hail
• The snow stays on the ground and melts when it is not snowing
• New sounds for snow and hail

Content update

• It is now possible to draw textures (grass, snow, stone, dirt)
