You mean lewdness or lust? There are 2 distinct stats.
Lewdness requires you to use the Lewd Refiner on Rumia’s shop, or the Pure Egg items from Easter event.
Lust can be reduced by having an H encounter, drinking tea when lewdness is not too high or using Sedative potions.
