This has potential. The back story was charming, and it felt like a pleasant world. I feel like the mouse sensitivity was way too high, but that's an easy fix. The camera was maybe locked too low (maybe even as high as looking from almost above the boat would still feel fine) and the camera could also go under water which doesn't work so well. I would definitely add some boat throttle sound, and other ambient sounds that continue into gameplay. Making a target arrow was a good idea - but it might be better if you used an edge of the screen arrow that always pointed in the direction you have to go than a physical world object.

I'm not being negative though, - I think it has potential to be a good experience, just saying some things I think need to be worked on to get there :) Good job!

Thanks for the tips!
