What emulater do you recommend?
I've been using BlueStacks, but I know about any other emulators to recommend it over any other. I just know it has a lot of ads, but it works.

How do you use bluestacks for this game because ive used it on pc and usually it just has the game you want to download from the app itself?
I simply executed the APK and selected Blueslacks to launch it.But I find that process not very useful in retrospect because there's already available versions to run the game natively on PC.
